- Update on Wild and Dangerous Animals Ordinance Committee
o This initiative started 3 years ago to correct one word in the ordinance ("poisonous"
snake should be "venomous" snake) and the opportunity was used to also clean up
grammatical errors, redundancies, and unclear wording.
o Ed reviewed redlined copy of new proposed ordinance with members.
o A question was raised whether language including sanctuaries (as opposed to rescues,
shelters, kennels, etc.) should be added.
o Final version will be circulated and submitted to BOCC.
