WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, County and Orange County entered into a contract dated April 21, 2017, for the purpose of allowing Durham County, through its General Services Department to provide road sign graphic services as necessary to maintain road side designation for Orange County until such time as Orange County constructs their sign shop pursuant to the terms of the original Agreement; and WHEREAS, County and Orange County desire to amend the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement as follows: 1.The Term of the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is hereby amended to include all of Fiscal Year 2022-2023. 2.By execution hereof, the person signing for Orange County below certifies that he/she has read this Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Amendment and that he/she is duly authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the Orange County. 3.Except for the changes made herein, the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event that there is a conflict between the Original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have expressed their agreement to these terms by causing this Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized officer or agent.
