State administrative laws and regulations have changed since Orange
County adopted regulations regarding group and family care facilities in
1981. County definitions and standards have not been revised to reflect
state changes. This proposal would prevent fixture situations where
County standards may cause conflict and confusion with state licensing
procedures.
A map of the facilities will be available for review at the August 22
meeting.
Staff is looking for direction on this zoning and subdivision issue.
