PURPOSE: To make an appointment to the Personnel Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The Personnel Advisory Board is charged with hearing employee grievances.
There is currently a vacancy caused by the expiration of the second term of Ms. Barbara Delon.
Ms. Susan L. Lyons has applied and is recommended by Ms. Elaine Holmes, Personnel
Director.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Ms. Susan L. Lyons to the Personnel Advisory Board for a
full term to expire June 30, 2004.
