• Chair Hunter Beattie called the meeting to order at 2:02 PM.
• Mr. Beattie made a motion to convene the 2022 Board of Equalization and Review to accept
appeals. Ms. Levine seconded the motion and the motion carried.
• The Board was informed that the previous legal council is no longer available and a new council
will be assigned shortly. In the interim, County Attorney John Roberts requested that the Board
continue any hearing that requires consultation so that he will have an opportunity for review.
• The 2022 Board of Equalization and Review will meet virtually until the State of Emergency is
lifted.
• Chair Hunter Beattie made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:05 PM. Ms. Levine seconded
the motion and the meeting was adjourned.
