(3)Revising the eaves at the Ranger Station and adding a custom built access door including framing as a component of the contract, Reason for Change: (1)Rock was encountered during excavation and rnust be removed to provide the new turn lane into the park, (2)Piedmont Electric needs to relocate their guy wires for one electrical pole to complete the new turn lane into the park,There is a long lead time on the Ranger Station windows. (3)Adjustments made to the Ranger Station to improve the quality and usability of the building.
