PURPOSE: To consider making an appointment to the Commission for the Environment
(CFE).
BACKGROUND: There will be an At-Large vacancy, effective January 1, 2004, on the CFE
when Mr, Daniels, III, will move to the Water Resources position, number 5, (Mr. Daniels, III,
was appointed to that position on 12/1/03 to replace Mr. Okun, who will rotate off on 12131/03.)
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making an appointment to the At-Large position, number
13, a full term to become effective January 1, 2004 and expiring December 31, 2006,
