PURPOSE: To appoint a representative of the JPA(Joint Planning Area) to the Chapel Hill
Planning Brand.
BACKGROUND: With the resignation of Patricia Lovefmm the Chapel Hill Planning Board in
November, 2001, there is a vacancy for representation from the JPA. Ms. Love recruited a
replacement from the JPA and recommends Ms. Suzanne Had, who has accepted the
nomination.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint MS. Suzanne Haft to the JPA Seat on the Chapel Hill
Planning Boat for a term 10 expire June 30, 2005.
