PURPOSE: To appoint eight members to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board(AHAB),
BACKGROUND: Them am eight vacancies remaining to be filledon this newycreated15-
seat board. All seats are At-Large. There are two positions with terms ending June 30, 2003,
there are two positions with terms ending June 30, 20041 and there are four positions with terms
ending June 30, 2005.
Nineteen applications have been received in the Clerk's offcs. The board has reviewed the
applications and recommended the following people to be appointed: Tracey L. Dudley;
Frances L. Douglass; Bonnie Gates; Martha A. Hoylman; Elizabeth Preddy Nannie M.
Richmond; Jahn Ring; and Dee M. Williams.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): As the Board decides.
