PURPOSE: To appoint No members to the Human Relations Commission(HRC)
BACKGROUND: There are seven vacant seats on the 24seat HRG Aleterof
recommendation has been received from the Co-0hair recommending appointment of Barbara
H. Chapman and A. Luis Soto to the Commission.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Barbara H. Chapman and A. Luis Soto to the Human
Relations Commission W At-Large positions with terms to expire June 30, 2003 and June 30,
2005, respectively.
