• Income requirement: $14,500
• Employment requirement: 1 adult working FT for 12 consecutive
months
• No outstanding debts to any PHAs
• Some programs include requirement for 1 year under lease as HCV,
does not appear to be federally mandated
• Board Orientation Materials update:
• 3 main takeaways
• Distinction between insecurity, instability and homelessness
• Acronym guides
• PBV Update
• Current apartment complex recently approached OCHA with desire to
dedicate units to HCV specifically.
