WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated February 18, 2022, (hereinafter the "Original Agreement"), for the provision of services for Construction Materials Testing (CMT) for the Lake Orange Erosion Control Barrier Replacement Project,with an internal designation of 2022-113; and WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: 1. The Scope of Work and Basic Services shall be expanded to include all services described in Attachment B— Additional CMT Services. 2. Section 4a is amended to extend the term to July 15,2022. 3. Section 5a is amended to reflect a maximum amount payable for Basic Services of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($24,200.00). 4. Except for the changes made herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the Original Agreement and the terms of this Amendment,this Amendment shall control.
