Minutes of the Board of Commissioners
April 24, 1962
The Orange County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, April 24, 1962, at
T1100:330 O'clock in the Commissioners, room at the courthouse in Hillsboro, Id. C.
Members present: Chairman Donald Stanford, Commissioners Harvey Bennett,
arence Jones, Donald McDade and Henry Walker.
Members absent: None
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss with the representatives of the
State Highway Commission the 1962-1963 Secondary Road Plan for Orange County.
The following State Highway Commission-.representatives were present:
Jim McLamroc, T. A. Burton, Charles Hoover and Clarence Walters.
The following Secondary Road Plan for 1962-1963 was presented:
Construction Allocation $234,540.00
Less overrun W.O. 6.502055 35,200.00
Balance 199,340.00
Bal. 1960-1961 F.A. Secondary Funds 23,500.00
Balance Available for Programming 222,840.00
Upon motion of Commissioner Walker, seconded by 'Commissioner Jones, and unanimous-
ly adopted, the Secondary Road Plan for 1962-1963 as presented by the representatives
of the State Highway Commission was approved and accepted by the Orange County Board
of Commissioners.
There being no further business to come before the Board this meeting was
adjourned.
