BACKGROUND: OWASA, as detailed in affeched materials, has requested the opportunity to address the BOCC on the Proposed new Water Conservation Ordlnama. Bernadette Fussell Chair of the OWASA Board, will provide a brief reaorVpresentation and will be available to answer any questions. The OWASA Board is seeking approval of the new orchmance by Apd12002 FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no frontal impact associated with heading the report/ presentation. In addition to providing an adequate supply ofwata, OWASA seeks torn nage customer demands in order to sustain the value of nor conmunity resources for as long as possible.
