PURPOSE: To reappoint Frances L. Dancy to the Chapel Hill-Orange County Visitors Bureau.
BACKGROUND: Ms. Frances L. Darcy, Hillsborough Town Commissioner, is eligible to serve
anotherlhr69-year term on the Chapel Hill-Orange County Visitors Bureau as a Hillaborough
representative. She has been recommended bythe Town of Hillaborough Board of
Commissioners to serve in this position.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Ms. Frances L. Dancy, Hillsborough Town Commissioner,
to the Chapel Hill-Orange County Visitors Bureau, to represent the Town of Hillsborough, for a
three-year term ending December 31, 2004.
