PURPOSE: To consider one change In the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2002.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 15SA40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change In
the Regular Meeting Schetlule. The County Commissioners will hold a retreat on Saturday,
February 2 beginning at 8:45 a.m. at the Olive Branch Inn located at 7015 NC 57 in
Rougemont, North Carolina
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by adding a retreat for Saturday, February 2, 2002 beginning at 9'.00 at the
Olive Branch Inn in Rougemont.
