BACKGROUND: The Solid Waste Atlvisory BOam consists of two members each fmm the
nicipeldiea of Carrbpro, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, antl the Board of County Commissioners.
Each governing boaN is responsible for appointing its own two representatives to the SWAB.
Recently a vacancy was cmatetl with the resignation of Mc Roger Ban, who servetl at-large as
a representative of the BoaN of County Commleaioners.
