UPDATE ON THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM
Blake Rosser,OC HCV Program Manager, reviewed utilization and voucher issuance reports
with board members.xx
Blake Rosser also reviewed potential changes to the Orange County Public Housing Authority
Administrative Plan.Xx A motion was made to approve all changes[Johann,Webb],all in
favor, none opposed.

Board members will discuss potential changes to the Public Housing Authority Bylaws at the
October board meeting.One of the changes will be removing the Executive Director as a

made or seconded motions in this meeting.
There are open spots on the board—board members will review applications via email and be
ready to discuss potential additions to the board at the October board meeting.Staff will
have information ready for the number of board seats available.
The board agreed to keep the meeting time on the third Wednesday of the month,6:00-7:30
p.m.
