PURPOSE: To reappoint Hazel puick antl Christina Moon to Ne Human Relations
Commission (HRC).
BACKGROUND: The paNal term of Ms. Hazel Ouick and the frst tens of Christina Moon
expiretl an June 30, 2001. Both members are intereatetl in being reappointed and are very
active, being inshumental to many of the activities of the COmmisslon.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATIONS): Reappoint Hazel Quick toa6rst full term to expire JUne 30,2004,
end Christine Mcpn tp a second term to expire June 30. 2004 to the Human Relations
Commission.
