BACKGROUND: The Rogers Road main waterline construdicn protect ie naedng complefion. OWASA is managing this project under an agreement with the County, and has itlentifetl the need for three change orders to the original project, as ou6ined in the aavmpenying staff memo from the County Engineer. An eppropriatbn of $40,000 from reserves in [he Landfll Enterprise Fund will be needed to cover the cost of these change orders and tc enable OWAGA's mnstrumicn contractor to wmplete the project wdhin the next few weeks. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The estimated cost of [he three change ooers is $40,000.
