Re : Orange County, Northern Campus , Public Water and Sewer Dedication
Orange County, North Carolina , the current owner/ developer of a water extension project constructed
along US 70 and a sanitary sewer extension built within a sewer easement, does herby dedicate and
convey unto the Town of Hillsborough , its successors and assigns, all of its rights , title and interest in and
to the offsite water main and sewer lines constructed in accordance with as - built plans entitled " Orange
County Northern Campus Construction Documents " prepared by Civil Consultants, Inc . , and sealed
7/ 19/ 2021 , specifically the areas identified as public infrastructure .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this letter is executed by the duly authorized officers of Orange County to be
hereunto a fixed , all on the day and year first above written .
