A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Section 2. The Town of Carrboro Town Council requests that the Orange County Board of
Commissioners reappoint John Garret Baker to a three year term on the Board of Adjustment in
the Extraterritorial Planning Area Seat. There were no other applicants qualified for this
appointment.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
This is the 1 st day of June in the year 2021.

There is a slim chance a future client could apply for a future development project in my district.
The likelihood is rare, considering the majority of my projects are in Durham,the Triangle and
Raleigh.
