At this time we have 2 openings on oui board.
Frances Douglass from Bingham needs to be removed because she had a lot of absensees. She actually
didn't attend but 1 meeting this year. ~vv r~~~~7p'~5~. 1-o c2~c,#ed ~h~i~e Calls ~ ~ ~~'t~-'~~
Seth Stephens needs to be removed because he sent me an email stating his unexpected change in his
scheduling at law school was going to ~~revent him from serving on our board.
At our board meeting last Tuesday, we did elect to appoint 2 new people to take the place of the 2 above.
