AMENDMENT TO ARTS COMMISSION
2019-20 GRANT AGREEMENT
NORTH CAROLINA
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this the 4th day of December, 2020, by and between the County of
Orange, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, (“County”), and Hillsborough Arts
Council(“Provider”);
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Services Agreement dated,October 1, 2019, to provide services
to be rendered by Provider to County (“Original Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Orange County Arts Commission Grant
Agreement, while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Orange County Arts Commission Grant
Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties
agree to amend the Original Orange County Arts Commission Agreement as follows:
2. Grant Award. Grant funds in an amount not to exceed (five thousand seventy eight dollars and ninety-five cents)
($5078.95) have been awarded by the Arts Commission to the Grant Recipient for the approved Project.
Except for the changes made 2 herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is
not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event that there is a conflict between the Original Agreement and this
Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Orange County and the Consultant have signed this Amendment, effective this
the 4th day of Decemeber, 2020.
