Amended Scope Following completion of the permit drawings for the Whitted Building upfit, the County has requested the Design Team to assist with Bid Administration for this facility. This proposal amends our services to add the following: • Bidding: o We will lead and administer the Bidding and Negotiation process. As an informal bid, this assumes invited bid of preferred Contractors by Orange County. o Tasks include:  Attend and lead the pre-bid conference.  Respond to all subcontractor Requests for Information (RFIs).  Review alternates and substitution requests proposed by the Bidders.  Coordinate changes and issue addenda to the Bidders, as needed.  Tabulate final bid tab and issue to the County and Bidders.
