Special Use Permit, Class A
On Febmary 12, 1996, a Special Use Permit, Class A (SUP) was issued for
Reba antl Roses, Inc. for the purpose of operating a gik and geken
shoplgreenhouse. A Special Use Permit. Class A for Historic Sites Non-
ResidenliaUMixed Use is valid for six (6J years, but may be renewetl or re-
approved by the Boats of Commissioners aker receiving a repotl from the
Planning Depatlment that the use is, antl has been continuously since i[was
issued, in mmplience with the provisions of the Special Use Permit.

The Special Use Permb is subject b the following contlitions to be met within
sixty (60) days aker this Special Use Permit is issued for the use and
tlevelopment of the property hereinafler descrlbeU:
1. Aaseaement of slructuml integrity of ell structures shall be contluctetl by
aregisteretl engineer This assessment shall be provided to the Orange
County Inspections Division for iLS review. This esaessmen[ may be
relied upon by the Orange County Inspections Division in its permitting of
the atmctures.
On August 23, 1996, Davltl Ceres, P.E., certified an assessment o/the
structural integdty p/all structures.
2. All stmctural and physipl handirappetl accessibility improvements tc the
structures shall be made in accoMance with Fetleral requirements antl
State Builtling Cotles and must be epprovetl by the Orange County
Inspections Division.

in comp/lance wIM the provisions o! the current Speclel Uae Permiq

2. Tha landscaping tlescribetl in the approvetl site plan antl approvetl
nanative shall be complied with, showing existing antl propoead trees and
other vegetation serving as abuffer on all sides. Nc trees will ba cut down
along Baltlwin Roatl except at the location cf Ne tlriveway as specAietl In
the landscaping plan. All trees antl other vegetation not removed as
providetl in the approved site plan end approvetl narrative shall be
protedatl antl maintained as requiretl by Article 12'of the Orange County
Zoning OMinance.

Section 6.8.24.2 of the Orenge County Zoning Regulations.
