PURPOSE: Tp appoints representative to Canboro's COmmitteeb Preserve the Adam's
Property on Bolin Greek.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Canboro is requesting Me BoaN of County Commissioners
appoint one reprosenative [o serve on the Commi0ee tp Preserve Ne Adam's Propedy on
Balln Creek. This will be a short-term task force. The appointee may be a County
Commissioner ar tlesignee.
INANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Rich Shaw, steH member of the Orange County Land
Conservation Manager, ERCD, to serve as the representative of the BoaN of County
Commissioners on the Committee to Preserve tha Adam's Propedy on Bolin Cmek, for a term
entling approximately O6I30/2002.
