PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
far the year 2005,
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending their regular meeting schedule by
changing the location of the Assembly of Governments Meeting, scheduled far Thursday,
September 29, 2005, from the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill TO the Carrboro
Town Hall, 301 West Main Street, Carrboro, N.C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend its regular
meeting schedule by changing the location of the Assembly of Governments Meeting,
scheduled far Thursday, September 29, 2005, from the Southern Human Services Center in
Chapel Hill T~ the Carrboro Town Hall, 301 West Main Street, Carrboro, N.C.
