Orange County Inspections Division seeks to provide the highest quality
customer service in order to ensure we all live, work and play in a safe community. If
you agree that having your Building Safety Officials as partners in your efforts to build
safe, efficient and affordable projects, we offer the OPTION for your Permitted project to
be inspected by Orange County Inspections Division using the following [“Traditional”]
list of Inspections:

We assure that you will receive our quality customer service regarding these
inspections (either OPTION). This list of inspections is the same ones that you are
accustomed to scheduling from Orange County Inspections Division over the past 15
years. Only the inspections listed that are applicable to your specific project will be
scheduled upon your request. We will identify, at plans review, which inspections would
pertain to your project.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH THIS OPTION YOU NEED DO NOTHING AND THE
REQUIRED 8 INSPECTIONS WILL BE USED FOR THIS PROJECT.
