Excess Liability provides excess General Liability, Automobile Liability, Public Officials or Law Enforcement
Liability limits. The Excess Liability comes into play when the primary limits have been exhausted.
The Excess Liability allows the member to purchase a single increased limit, and use the limit where it is necessary.
The Excess Liability does not increase each individual Liability limit, but is available in any covered Liability area
should the need arise. The Pool's Excess Liability extends limits above the Pool's contract only.
