PURPOSE: To wnsider atloption of a reiuntl rescluton related to seven requests br property
tax refunds.
BACKGROUND: General Staute 105a81(bJ, "Action of Governing eotly" provHes that "Upon
receiving a bxpeyels wrdlen statement of tlefenae antl request for release or refund, [he
