To Who It May Concern:
As you know Orange County leased certain property upon particular terms all as more fully
described in that certain Lease Agreement dated February 25, 2019, and expiring on August 15, 2019.
A copy of the lease is enclosed.
Pursuant to Article 5, the “Term and Option” section of the lease, along with Article 12,
the “Surrender and Holding Over” section of the lease, this lease is now operating on a month-to-month
basis.
Please be advised that Orange County hereby provides notice of its intent to terminate the Lease
effective June 22, 2020. Orange County will vacate, surrender and deliver possession of said real estate
on said date.
