Home My WebLink About2021-313-Planning-Renaissance Planning Group-Contract Amendment #1v 0.1 NORTH CAROLINA CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1 ORANGE COUNTY THIS FIRST CONTRACT AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2021 by and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Renaissance Planning Group, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the County and Consultant entered into a contract dated March 24, 2020, (hereinafter the “Original Agreement”), for the provision of services for updating the 2017 Orange County Transit Plan with an internal designation of 2020-214-E; and WHEREAS, the County and Consultant desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: 1.Attachments A “Task List and Milestone Dates” and B “Pay Schedule” shall be replaced in their entirety with Attachments A2 “First Update to Task List and Milestone Dates” and B2 “First Update to Pay Schedule”. 2.The compensation for the additional work included in this Amendment shall be eight thousand four hundred and six dollars ($8,406.00). Article 5 of the Original Agreement is amended to reflect a maximum payable not-to-exceed amount of two hundred ninety five thousand six hundred and twenty four dollars ($295,624.00). 3.Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the Original Agreement and the terms of this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
