BOCC Special Meeting/Virtual Work Session
June 28, 2021
Meeting—7:00 p.m.
Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting a
Special Meeting/Virtual Work Session on June 28, 2021. Members of the Board of
Commissioners will be participating in the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings,
members of the public will be able to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming
video at orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on
channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable).

"To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public
body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between
the attorney and the public body, which privilege is hereby
acknowledged,"pursuant to NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(3)
To discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of
industries or other businesses in the area served by the public
body, including agreement on a tentative list of economic
development incentives that may be offered by the public body
in negotiations, or to discuss matters relating to military
installation closure or realignment pursuant to NCGS § 143-
318.11(a)(4).
