Event Promotions CONCEPTUAL ARC' DESIGN AGREEMENT
Graphics & Design Art time will be quoted following review of artwork/design . Art
Event Logistics time will be assessed at the rate of $50 . 00 /scan and $ 95. 00 /hour of
Storage design time required to develop a concept that is 100 % Approved
Rentals by the Customer. All changes and designs are billable at the
aforementioned rate of $ 95 . 00 /hour.
Completed graphics will be received 15- Business days following

TERMS :
Apple Rock Displays requires a sixty ( 60) percent non - refundable
deposit at the time of the signed quotation to begin production , and
forty (40) percent COD . *All orders under $500 . 00 need to be paid in
full at the time of the signed quotation to begin production . * All
Rentals must be paid in full before they are shipped out or picked up .
To accept this quote , please sign below . These prices are only valid
for ( 30) days from date listed above . We accept Visa , MasterCard ,
American Express and Discover .
GRAPHICS ,
The above quote is based on receiving production ready artwork , all
artwork under goes a " disk review " to verify correct specifications and
are subject to art time charges . Additional art and / or design time will
result in a new quote specifying actual art time incurred . All graphics
with HDL lamination have a lifetime guarantee against delamination .
X Full Color Lab Proof . Produced at our lab . Color is
correct and accurate . You can check layout
positioning and type for corrections .

LEASE OPTION ,
This monthly payment is an estimate based month lease with $ 2 . 00
buyout program . Rates may vary with current prime rate . Minimum
lease is $ 2 , 500 . 00 , no maximum .
FREIGHT .
The above prices include only an estimate of shipping , prices are
based on a standard rate of $ 1 per pound . Our shipping does include
a 10 % administrative mark- up on the actual shipping charges . We do
accept client FedEx shipping numbers to use for all shipping charges ,
Additional items need to be quoted separately .
PRODUCTION TIME :
Standard production time required is four ( 4 ) - six ( 6 ) weeks from the
date Apple Rock receives a sign quote and sixty ( 60 ) percent deposit .
By signing this quote you are accepting the terms and delivery date
as specified above . If Apple Rock does not receive artwork on or
before the date specified above the terms of this contract and
delivery date are subject to change according to the current
production schedule .
