Service Commitment: Clegg 's Termite & Pest Control, .Inc agrees to mi stall Hato electronic termite detection at this property aad monitor on a basis as means to proactively assist in the detection of subterranean ternutes near the structure. This termite monitoring product does not attract, coxxtarol, or kill termites nor prevent termite damage. It is a tool which is used in conjunction with a. physical inspection of the property to identify the presence of' ternntes . It the event that termites are found io a Halo monitoring station " or elsewhere on the site, a. method to control the termite colony (ies) will be recommended. Should the customer choose t � o have the monitoring system removed, the customer agrees that the Clegg 's s 5 star program agreement is mcelled effective upon notification, and agrees to release Clegg 's Termite & Pest Control from any and all liability associated with termite damage, which may have occurred to the structure whether in the past or which may occur in the fature .
