and production of the 2019 / 2020 Orange County Neighborhood Guide .
We appreciate your consideration of Ingram Creative 360 to design and
produce this project and we are very excited to be collaborating with you
on this project .
We are confident we can meet the schedule in order to have materials before
Carolina Family Weekend , which is September 20 thru 22 this year.

Neighborhood Guide , a 8 . 5 " x 11 " , 48 - page guide including cover.

Mechanical : Final art is assembled for printer. Any design alterations
will be billed as AAs at $ 150 per hour.
DRAFTS / REVIEW:
Drafts will be in PDF format , with review via phone , email OR in - person meetings ,
as needed .
MECHANICALS :
PRINT: Mechanical created in Adobe InDesign to accurate specifications for
print in readers spreads with all fonts and graphics files included . Proofs to be
provided as POF's . Mechanical will be native InDesign files and POFXIA POFs .
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS :
1 . Changes beyond outlined scope require re - estimating and are billed
additionally on a per- hour basis at $ 150 per.
2 . On - location press checks not included .
3 . MISC EXPENSES : Proposal includes creative , design and production
services only , and does not include purchase of stock or original photography ,
illustration , printing , press checks , photo retouching , bluelines or printed
comps . Additional expenses will be billed separately and include a
20 % markup .

• Provide POF drafts as per schedule .
• Produce and provide mechanical as native InOesign files and POFx1A POF
• This project is estimated at a total of 83 hours to create design template ,
page layouts , and photo enhancements . Additional hours required in will be
billed at $ 150 per.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE .
1 . Deposit of $ 6 , 250 due upon acceptance of estimate as a retainer to
engage the services of Ingram Creative 360 . . . . . to be paid by 5 / 31
2 . Payment 2 of $ 6 , 250 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . to be paid by 6 / 28
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Invoices are payable upon receipt . 2 % discount offered if paid within 10 days .
Interest at1 . 6 % per month is charged on outstanding balances over 30 days ,
no new work/files will be released if there are any balances over 30 days .
Kill fees In the event of your cancellation of this project , or any delay of more
than two months , we will invoice you for the greater of either : 1 ) all work
completed up to the date of written notification , including expenses , or 2 ) the
amount of the advance deposit made for this project ,
