• Two layout options for the front cover are included ,

• PRINT: Mechanical will be created in Adobe InDesign to specification for print, provided
in readers spreads with all fonts , graphics and support files included , Proofs to be
provided as POF 's , Files provided include native InOesIgn files and PDFx1A POF 's .
• FINAL MECHANICALS ; Files for for archive provided via dropbox .
• On - site final review of printer spreads ,
PDF' S :
• Print mechanical converted to POF 's ,
• Low - res version created for web use .
• ISSUU version created per specifications ,
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS ,
1 . Changes , corrections and additions beyond proposed project scope require
re - estimating and are billed on a per- hour basis P $ 145 per hour.
2 . On - location press checks not included , If needed , press checks are billed P $ 145 per
hour plus travel expenses .
3 . MISC EXPENSES : Proposal includes creative design and production services only ,
and does not include purchase of stock or original photography, illustration , computer
generated graphics , photo retouching , printing , press checks , bluelines or printed
camps . Additional expenses will be billed separately and include a 20 % markup ,
