The fallowing are my comments: The stream buffers shown on the preliminary plat are in excess of Nauss River Buffer requirements so Nis proposal is meeting that requirement. The preliminary plat does not indicate how roatl storm drainage will be handled. Also, we do not know from the preliminary plat haw much area will need to be disturbed to bring Nis roatl up to public standards. Erosion cormal requirements will need to be based on these determinations. Please have the developer contact either Ran Ivins, Erosion Control Supervisor at 245 -2586 or me at 245- 258] tc discuss meeting erosion control requirements. r m: sane Garrett r. : S. D.
