Description of the Proposed Project [24 CFR 58.32;40 CFR 1508.251: The program involves the
provision of tenant-based rental assistance and related security/utility deposit to income-
eligible households. The program is funded with federal HOME Investment Partnerships
Program (HOME) funds through the Orange County HOME Consortium, and Emergency
Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from the NC Department of Health and Human Services.
