45 Heidi Perry: Can you share what Orange County did to qualify for Best Work Places, do they have the bus passes
46 and the covered bike parking,and the ......

48 Allyson Coltrane: We do have the bus passes for all Orange County employees. As of July 1, 2019 Orange County
49 offers bus passes to employees they will just have to call and request one. Certain campuses like Southern Human
50 Services and West Campus Office Building, have showers and lockers for their employees to use. The Orange
51 County Telework program has over 10% of employees enrolled and activity teleworking.

68 Heidi Perry: I have updates for the upcoming bike season; there has been talk about another bike rodeo. We did one
69 in Cedar Grove for the summer camp and there is talk about doing it again this year. There is a Bike the Eno
70 walk/ride coming up in May, no date yet. The TarWheels ride in Hillsborough will be June 20'h this year. If you have
71 little kids, there is a new pump track in Carrboro that is pretty amazing and full of kids every day.

73 Erik Broo: The rules of the road pamphlet that we have as well as the bicycle map, I have passed a couple hundred
74 to bike shops and outdoor stores and will continue to meter the out. If anyone has a place they want to put those, by
75 all means, ask. There are a lot of them. I'll ask for an update from Tom Ten Eyck at the next meeting on the bike
76 materials and reaching out to the police and sheriff.

78 Heidi Perry: I would be happy to table the Riverwalk ride with some of that information, it is sometime in May.

80 Amy Cole: Do we have an update at to when DOT will have their assessment done on the safety conditions on
81 Orange Grove Road?

83 Nish Trivedi: Tom Ten Eyck is handling that project. I will follow up with him and get back to you at the next meeting.
84 The Municipal School Transportation Assistance (MSTA) is still underway.
