7:30 I. Call to Order, Additions or Changes to the Agenda
Council members will have the opportunity to suggest additions to the agenda.
7:35 II. Approval of Meeting Summaries from December 17,
2019 and January 23, 2020
7:40 III. 2020 Meeting Schedule
The Council will discuss plans for meetings in 2020 and establish a regular schedule.
8:00 IV. Update on LEED for Cities and Communities Grant
Bouma and McCullough will update the Council on the status of the LEED for Cities and
Communities grant and next steps.
8:10 V. Formation of Policy Committee
Council members will consider the function and membership of a proposed Policy Committee.
8:40 VI. Update on Existing Committees
The two established committees will update the Council on their ongoing work and
discuss next steps.
9:00 VII. Adjournment
