PURPOSE: To provide the Board with copies of Fallow-up Action Lists from BOCC regular
meetings and non-budget work sessions from January 19, 1999 until June 19, 2001.
BACKGROUND: Following each BOCC regular meeting and non-budget work session, the
County Manager's Office develops aFollow-up Action List which details items that staff needs
to address based on decisions and/or requests from the BOCC. This practice started in
January 1999 and has continued up to and including the last BOCC regular meeting on June
19, 2001.
The attached Follow-up Lists represent all lists since January 1999. The items that are shaded
have been completed.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with the BOCC receiving copies
of the Follow-up Action Lists.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the Follow-up
Action Lists and provide any direction to staff.
