PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Hillsborough .ludicial Facilities
Expansion Project Phase I Committee: Exterior Programming Committee.
BACKGROUND: The Judicial Facilities Exterior Programming Committee will be responsible for
working with the designer to design a building that meets the community concerns about the appearance
of the building and the user's concerns about the access, parking, etc, This group will also provide
design direction regarding River Park and the functional melding of the building with the Park. The
Committee's recommendations will be brought forward for BOCC consideration.
It was requested at the BOCC meeting on June 7, 2005 that the appointment of Geoffrey Hathaway to
the Hillsborough Judicial Facilities Expansion Project Phase I Committee: Exterior Programming
Committee be brought before the BOCC.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
REGOMMENDATION(Sj: Consider making one new appointment to the Hillsborough Judicial
Facilities Expansion Project Phase I Committee: Exterior Programming Committee, as the Board may
desire.
