2005-06 County Operating Budget Matters
a. Revenues {including but not limited to Revaluation, anticipated federal and state
funding cuts, charges for services and other major revenue sources}
b. Review Menu of Possible Modifications to the FY 2005-06 Manager's Recommended
Budget
c. Employee Pay and Benefits
d. Major budget, policy, operational issues including but not limited to:
o County Department Focus ("review by exception"}
This timeframe assumes that BOCC will discuss departmental budgets only to the extent
that the Board has questions about specific departments. It does not allow sufficient
time to address all departmental budgets.
o Fire District Funding (BC7CC Discussion - if fire districts need to respond to
Board questions, representatives would be asked to attend the beginning of
the June 16 work session)
