PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Human Services Advisory
Commission,
BACKGROUND: The Board of Social Services position on HSAC is vacant, due to the
resignation of Rosetta Wash. The Board of Social Services has submitted a recommendation
for Joe Robbins to fill the vacant position. If appointed Mr, Robbins will be serving a first full
term ending 03/31/2008.
Also, there are two At-Large vacancies on the HSAC, positions #6 and #7.

The Orange County Department of Social Services Boazd of Directors wishes to
recommend Mr. Toe Robbins as its representative to the (HSAC) Hmnazr Services
