SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between Orange County(Client)and the School of Government(SOG),at the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill.
1.Services. Jessie Smith,of the SOG,will provide facilitation on Bail Reform Strategies, beginning in January 2020.
2. Duration of Services.This agreement is effective on the last date of signature and terminates upon payment of compensation.
3. Compensation,The Client agrees to pay$5,600.00($800/per day for 7 days).
4. Payments.Payments shall be made to the School of Government,upon invoicing from the SOG,as follows: in one lump sum
following completion of the work.
5. Liaisons. Caitlin Fenhagen shall serve as a liaison for issues concerning this work under this agreement for the Client. Jessie Smith
shall serve as liaison for the SOG.

6. Modification, Extension,and Termination.This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties.It may be
modified,extended,or terminated by mutual written consent of the parties.
