PURPOSE: To receive a presentation from a student team from Dr. Allison De Marco's class in
the UNC School of Social Work.
BACKGROUND: A student team from Dr. Allison De Marco's class in the UNC School of Social
Work will provide a presentation to the Board.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with receiving the presentation.
SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated
with receiving the presentation.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends for the Board receive the presentation
and, if needed, provide direction to staff.
