Report of the Chairs:
Outside Agency Grant Applications
The chairs reported that they had recently reviewed three (3) applicants for county funding
and provided reports on each. They did not score or rank the applications.
Council Vacancies
The current vacancies for the council are the Chapel Hill township position and an at large
position. The only current applicant for the council would be eligible for the at-large position.
Members of the council reviewed this application and referred some questions requiring follow
up to staff.
Three current members are up for renewal at the end of March. These renewals are due to
the fact that members filled unexpired terms when they came on board. Staff will contact
each to confirm their willingness to renew.
