Decision/Vote(s): Staff updated Board on recent activities including new BOCC members,
new BOCC Chair & Vice Chair, status of OCAC Specific Board Policies & Procedures.

Discussion Point: Report from Liaisons Present
Decision/Vote(s): Andrea Riley reported on progress of the Orange County Cultural Center.
Action Item: None

Discussion Point: Rebecca Ray asked for additional board members to help with planning
her proposed volunteer artists in the schools project.
Decision/Vote(s): Andrea Riley volunteered to help Rebecca Ray with this proposal.
Action Item: This item will be on the OCAC board meeting agenda in Feb. 2013 or later.

Discussion Point: CLOSED SESSION for Fall, 2012 Arts Grant Allocation
Decision/Vote(s): Discussion of 38 applications submitted totaling $49,570 in requests.
Action Item: Approval of 20 applications totaling $26,749 in awards.
